Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase from the Teething Baby Australia website. By making a purchase through this website you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions presented on this page. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions detailed here then you should not make a purchase on the Teething Baby Australia website.
Legal Use Of Products:
It is the responsibility of the customer to research the relevant rules and regulations related to any products made or resold using items purchased from Teething Baby Australia.
In purchasing any item from Teething Baby Australia, the customer agrees to use our products in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations and that any liability from breaking rules and regulations is wholly the responsibility of the customer.
Safe Use Of Products:
By purchasing Teething Baby Australia products, the customer agrees to only use our products in a safe and responsible manner. All recommendations for age and safe use must be adhered to.
Please note that Teething Baby Australia does not sell silicone and/or wood necklaces for use by children under the age of 3 years old.
Please do not leave children under the age of 3 unattended with Teething Baby Australia silicone and/or wood jewellery.
Once an order has been placed through the Teething Baby Australia website store, in agreement with the terms on this page, we do not offer any cancellations or refunds for orders. Please ensure you are happy with selection before any order is confirmed/paid for.
Out Of Stock Items:
At Teething Baby Australia | WILDBUBZ® we’ll do our very best to deliver all the items you’ve ordered.
For regular orders with;
Regular 5 day processing, Free postage,and Letter postage; we'll contact you and offer a resolution such as an alternative product/colour, credit the amount as a store coupon, or provide a refund.
For Next day and/or express postage orders;
If goods are out of stock or otherwise unavailable we’ll provide substitutes wherever we can unless the customer has requested to not have substitutions. We choose substitutes very carefully and provide what we believe is the most appropriate alternative to the product selected.
Altering Orders Which Have Not Shipped:
All requests for alterations of orders which have not shipped are handled at the discretion of Teething Baby Australia, and are considered on factors including (but not limited to) if items selected have already been constructed and/or packed. If an order alteration is granted, this may be in the form of exchanging items for the same paid value and/or issuing credits which can be used on a future purchase.
Customers can request that additional items are included with a purchase which has not yet had it's postage label created. It is at the discretion of Teething Baby Australia whether this can be done without any further postage expense required.
Processing delays may occur as a result of altering / adding to purchases.
Returning/Refunding Received Products:
Change Of Mind
We do not accept returns on items which are provided as described in their respective product description pages and on customer invoices. Product choices should be made carefully with the understanding that items cannot be returned for reasons other than them being faulty, damaged, or not as described/selected.
Purchase Arrives Faulty, Damaged Or Not As Described / Selected
Items received must be inspected by the customer in a timely manner to assess their condition at the time of arrival. Damaged/faulty products must be reported to Teething Baby Australia within 48 hours of tracking indicating the parcel receipt, or any damage to the item cannot be attributed to the postage handler, Teething Baby Australia, or the manufacturer of the item.
Any faulty/damaged products, or items which do not match product descriptions or customer invoices, will be resolved on an individual basis and in accordance to the Australian Consumer Law.
Credit / Debit Cards
All credit/debit transactions are processed by Stripe and are covered by buyer protection and dispute resolution services.
Teething Baby Australia does not handle nor store any credit/debit card information.
All bank account details entered as part of purchasing with Poli payment are not accessible nor retained by the Teething Baby Australia website and it's staff. Bank details are transmitted directly to and handled solely by Poli.
Manual Bank Transfers
Teething Baby Australia does not have access to any sensitive customer bank details as a result of paying with direct bank deposit.
Confirmation of bank transfer payment may experience delays. If an order is urgent or with express, it is recommended to pay via credit/debit card or Poli to ensure immediately confirmation.
Teething Baby Australia will not bill your financial account on an ongoing basis nor for any instances other than immediately after and for an order which has been placed by and confirmed by the customer.
What Happens In The Event Of An Incorrectly Priced Item
Teething Baby Australia reserves the right to cancel a sale if it is found that the product or it's add-on options are priced incorrectly.
If the incorrectly priced product is the only item in the sale; the full purchase amount and the postage fee will be offered as a refund, or as a credit to pay towards the correct amount required, or credited towards another purchase made through the Teething Baby Australia store.
If a purchase which includes an incorrectly priced item also contains other correctly priced items, a refund for the incorrectly priced item(s) will be offered, but a decision about the remainder of the purchase (including postage) will be handled on a case by case basis, considering factors such as; remaining product total in proportion to the postage paid, and if the other items were only purchased to accompany the incorrect priced item.
